Kesan Sholat Pada Kesihatan

Solat itu tiang agama, jadi beri tahu pasangan masing-masing agar sentiasa taat dan patuh perintahNYA. Setiap gerakan di dalam solat itu ada sebabnya, salah satunya ketika sujud, punya 1001 kelebihan yang tersembunyi.

First awareness of the body needs some healing adalah bila – ikut alternative theory nya – badan2 ada physical yg tak selesa.

Lenguh area leher – lack of forgiveness

Lenguh bahu – emotional burden

Lenguh er area belakang tengah – lack of emotional support

Lenguh belakang slightly above tongkeng – financial worries

Tak selesa area kepala (same goes to rambut byk gugur and beruban awal) – stress

Area tangan rasa tak selesa – ni usually time reflexology akan terasa teng perit kena tekan – isolation – terasa diri tu takde sape yg mengerti – erti lain – byk pendam emosi

Lutut tak selesa – big ego atau – hidden arrogance. Ie kita buat baik not because kita mmg ikhlas, tp taknak orang kata kita tak baik. Bahasa mudah – dok reti to say no.

Keting betis tu pilu – tension and jealousy

Siku tak selesa – lack of flexibility

Peha – fear of change. Rigid dgn pendirian. Ni biasa akan partner up dgn lenguh area leher.

Tumit – lack of pleasure. Keriangan makin less.

Jari jemari kaki – stress yg teramat tinggi yg bleh lead to depression. Ikut ilmu reflexology area ni represent brain, eye, ear – tempat third eye byk guna. Erti lain – byk memikir. Bila byk memikir tp lack of rest and deep breathing, kurang pernafasan yg sempurna – cardiovascular part akan affected. Most of academic journals yg dibaca byk relatekan – stress memikir, lead to higher cardiovascular risk. Nak lagi waktu puasa ni bila berbuka byk telan makanan manis kan.

Pelan2 try to associate these indication dgn our current situation. Less kan rasa cepat nak kata “rasanya takde pun”. Kurangkan benteng self-defense, you’ll be amazed how – these emotions tak sabo nak que up to be heard and released later on.

Bila sujud, we are at our nearest touch dgn bumi. Niatkan to anchorkan these feelings – biar all these feelings melekat terus ke bumi jadi neutral balik. This will be easier to implement especially those yg dah understand how to relate law of emotion (feeling/mindfulness) on things we do ie solat dan those yg dah start memahami content alQuran utk jati diri sendiri.
Alam – dia nanti akan buat kerja dia.

Kita – focus on healing kita.

Even lailatul qadar itu ada waktu special dia, tp kita tak tau mungkin Allah akan angkatkan darjat kita setinggi2 nya bila2 masa. Dari 83 tahun mungkin Dia decide reward 1000 tahun terus ke kan. Mungkin darjat tu Dia bagi pada bulan Syawal. Who knows.

So keep on asking for forgiveness. Waktu sujud could be one of the best time sbb ni all of our body parts totally grounded, jadi hopefully that hidden negative vibe tak gi spread to other people.
